Authenticity Guarantee
At kirobeauty.com and blog.kirobeauty.com, we ONLY stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at care@kirobeauty.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.
Return Policy
We will only be able to accept returns for products purchased on our website.
Products once purchased are non-refundable. An item may be eligible for return within 4 days from the date of delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
1. Received in a physically damaged condition
2. A wrong order has been received
If your package full fills the above condition, you would need to inform our Customer Care within 4 business days of receipt of the package, by writing to us at care@kirobeauty.com.
Return requests will be validated by our team and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email within 2 business days. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team.
On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 3 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter.
Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued to you. If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
Refund Policy
Once the products are received by us, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the source of payment.
For COD returns, once you, the customer asks for a refund, we will obtain the bank details and do a transfer, and share the details. It will be on one to one basis.
Cancellation policy
Kindly send us an email at care@kirobeauty.com with specific reasons for the cancellation.
You can cancel an order with a ‘Pending’ status. No order with a ‘Processing’ status can be cancelled, you will receive a notification when your order has been moved to a “Processing” status.
On request, your order will be successfully cancelled within 1-2 business days. You will be notified about the same via email.
